High-Tech Enterprise Certificate
The strongest credential the company holds is a national one. In China, "High-Tech Enterprise" is not a marketing description — it is a status granted under a national programme and assessed by public authorities, and a company that no longer meets the criteria loses it at the three-year review.
What the document says
| Certificate | High-Tech Enterprise Certificate 高新技术企业证书 |
| Holder, as printed | 江苏中洁环境科技有限公司 Jiangsu Zhongjie Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. |
| Certificate number | GR202332020406 |
| Date of issue | 13 December 2023 |
| Term | Three years from issue |
| Issuing authorities | Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance Jiangsu Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration |
Certificate numbers in this programme are public and can be checked against the issuing authorities' own records. If your procurement process needs that done formally, say so and we will walk it through with you.
The assessment is not a paperwork exercise. A company applying has to show sustained spending on research and development measured against its own revenue, a minimum proportion of technical staff in the workforce, ownership of intellectual property in its own name, and a product line that falls inside the state-supported high-technology catalogue. The technology has to be the company's own, not licensed in.
Then the status has to be re-earned. The certificate runs for three years, and at the review the same criteria are applied again. A company that has let its R&D effort lapse, or that has been relying on somebody else's technology, does not keep the designation.
What it is: a statement about the company's technology base, its research spending and its intellectual property. What it is not: a product certification. No membrane element carries a high-tech enterprise mark, and it says nothing about flux or fouling. For those numbers, read the specification table instead.
The useful part is the IP requirement. To hold this status the company has to own patents covering its own membrane material, element structure and system integration — which is the same thing that lets it vary a formulation or a pore structure for a feed that does not fit the catalogue. A trading house that relabels somebody else's elements cannot hold this certificate.
ISO 9001 — and exactly what it covers
Certification was obtained in 2020, the same year the membrane technology park designated the company one of its key cultivated enterprises. The certificate is worth reading for its scope rather than its logo, so here is the scope: three named stages, not the company in the abstract.
The traceability is the part that matters commercially. When a rack is commissioned two years after the elements were made, the question that decides whether a claim is honoured is whether the production record still exists. Under this scope, it does.
The ISO 9001 certificate is held as an original document at the Nanjing office and is supplied as a scan with the quotation on request. It is not reproduced on this page.
The details a procurement file asks for
Supplier onboarding usually needs these before anyone discusses a membrane. They are given here in the form the company is registered in, with the Chinese name included, so they can be matched against the certificates and against the Chinese-language website.

If your onboarding system needs a specific document we have not listed — a business licence copy, a tax registration extract, a bank reference — ask for it directly. It is faster than reading a website.
Documents held, and one category deliberately left out
- ISO 9001 certificate — held, scan on request Original document at the Nanjing office. Scope as described above.
- Patent certificates — held, list on request Patents in the company's own name covering membrane material formulations, element structures and system integration. Tell us which jurisdiction you need them for and we will send the list with the numbers.
- Domestic credit-rating certificates — not published here Commercial rating agencies in China issue "AAA credit" certificates, and the company holds a set of them. We have left them off this page because they would not help you: they are not recognised in international procurement, and mixing them in with a national certificate makes the national certificate harder to trust rather than easier. If a formal credit reference is part of your process, ask and we will obtain a current one.
Only credentials issued by a public authority or an accredited certification body appear on this page. That is a shorter list than most suppliers publish, and it is the list we are willing to have checked.
Credentials get you on the list. The feed data gets you a design.
None of the above will tell you whether a tubular element suits your stream. That question is answered by the solids load, the oil content, the salinity and, where the feed is uncertain, a pilot on the real stream.

Ask for the documents, or ask about the feed
Either one works. Tell us what your procurement process needs, or send the peak TSS, oil content and salinity and we will tell you which configuration to look at first.
